General
The shop works in a ‘drop’ like fashion. I will announce the date and time of future drops a few days before and the shop will close temporarily so that I can update inventory. On the day of the ‘drop’ I will remove the password and relaunch the website at the set shop update time.
Pieces are very limited and are produced in small batches. I would suggest that if you have your eye on something in particular, you should purchase it straight away. Adding an item to your cart will not hold it for you, meaning that it might sell out whilst you browse! We don’t have a restock schedule at the moment but the best way to stay up to date is by following our Instagram.
Instagram dm’s are not frequently monitored or checked and we don't receive notifications from Instagram if we are not following you which is why a lot of messages are missed. The best way to get in contact with us is through email.
care Instructions
The mugs are dishwasher safe. The mugs are made from the highest quality white stoneware and fired twice to high temperatures, making them very durable. Recently, I have been recommending that a dishwasher is the best way clean your mugs. From time to time, just give them a gentle hand-wash to keep them in perfect condition.
Prints and Sizing
Currently the individual ‘phyllos little monster’ collection prints only come in a postcard A6 size. All other prints can be printed up to A3 in size.

UK SIZE A6: 148 x 105mm
No frames are not included but I would recommend getting them framed by your local art framer, this helps support other small and local businesses!
Every print is printed onto 230gsm matte fine art archival paper.
Shipping Policy
As we are a small business, we are unable to offer free shipping at this time. Alternatively, we can arrange for you to collect your order for free from our studio in North London, please get in touch if you wish to do so and it can be arranged.
We do offer shipping worldwide (but only if you’re down to pay for it, yikes!) however we can’t be responsible for tax or import fees. Please make sure you are aware of your own countries tax/import fees. Shipping and packaging ceramics can be an expensive and delicate business, resulting in higher shipping fees but we think our ceramics are worth it!
Any packages that are sent back to us due to being unclaimed or an incorrectly entered address cannot be refunded as we cannot be responsible for undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address and unavailibility. Please double check that your address is correct before you checkout and that you include house/apartment or unit numbers.
Please double check your address before checking out, it is very common that packages are sent back to us due to an invalid address. If you do find after checking out that your address is incorrect, please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure the best chance of the address being changed before the package is sent out.
All orders are packaged with love and care. Every item is protectively wrapped in paper bubble wrap, then packed snugly, surrounded by water soluble peanuts into a cardboard box to ensure no movement during transit. We try our best to package everything using environmentally friendly and recyclable materials that are responsibly sourced, however we often receive plastic packaging or bubble wrap when ordering items from manufacturers. We think it’s responsible to reuse these so please don’t be alarmed if you receive these in your package.
Small prints up to A3 in size will be packaged and mailed in board backed envelopes. Any other prints larger than A3 will be rolled up in a cardboard postal tube.If you choose to order a ceramic item and print of A4 size or larger, please note that these will be sent separately to ensure they are not damaged.
Refunds and Returns
In the very unlikely event that your piece/pieces arrive broken or damaged please send me an email atphyllosceramics@outlook.comwith some pictures and your order number and I will do my best to resolve this issue for you with a replacement item or a refund.
At the moment we do not accept returns or refunds, however, if your item does arrive broken or damaged, you will be able to get a replacement or a refund. We are also not able to process returns or refunds regarding items that you have changed your mind about or you were not expecting as we do our best to accurately depict and describe the items listed on our website. Please keep in mind that all our items are one of kind, made by hand and naturally have variations and imperfections. We send all our ceramics tracked with compensation cover. We cannot be responsible for any stolen or missing packages.
